The Screen House offer cross ventilation as well as very good growing results and also used for Research Purposes. The structure itself is fabricated using quality modern structural materials like steel, aluminium and nylon / steel mesh.

Screen Houses Specifications:

• Structure: Compelete structure will be made of galvanized steel square / tubular pipes.
• Columns: 60mm Round / Square, 2.0 mm thick
• Trusses, purlins and hockey: 48 mm Round/ Square, 2.0 mm thick
• Member for Truss, purlins & other: 42 mm Round / Square, 2.0 mm thick
• Bressing: 32 mm Round / Square, 2.0 mm thick
• Entrance room & Door: Two entrance room of size 2m x 2m x 2.05m (L x W x H) made of GI pipe having minimum wall thickness 2.0mm or Aluminum profile need to be provided and covered with UV stabliozed Poly carbonate sheet 6mm. Hinge lockable doors of size 1m width & 2m height made polycarbonate sheets mounted in suitable strong frame.
• Cladding material: The complete structure will be covered with 40mesh SS 3165 L will be used to covber the structure. EPDM rubbere gasket will be used to prevent the insect entry
• Fixing of cladding materials: All end / joins of net house to be fixed with two way aluminum profile with suitable locking arrangement such as zigzag high carbon steel with spring action wire of 2-3 mm diameter.
